Working with my brides makes me over the moon in so many ways. I love THB brides and so many of them have become my friends. It blows my mind the type of relationships you can create over a few months. I am so thankful for them! However, wedding days can be busy, stressful, and sometimes downright exhausting. So, I have created a list of the most forgotten items on a wedding day. (Well in my ten years of doing weddings)
Top 5 things Brides forget
on their wedding day!
Jewelry – especially earrings!
I have had countless brides forget their earrings, necklaces, or special jewelry items to attach the bouquet. Always pack your jewelry a few days before the wedding.
I know you are saying, really their shoes? Yes, I have had numerous brides forget their shoes and go barefoot or wear flip flops. Thank goodness their dresses were long. A side note, I actually did this as well.
4. The Invitation Suite
The invitation suite makes a huge difference in showcasing your wedding. I will remind you to make sure the invitation suite is packed prior to the wedding. Don’t worry about it being boring or over the top, you choose the invitation suite and that makes it unique to your wedding.
4. Extra Flowers
As the florist, if they have any extra flowers, these come in handy when showcasing your details without having to use your bouquet. These extra flowers probably came loose during the design process.
5. Don’t Stress Over Little Imperfections!
Always remember that little imperfections do not show in your wedding photographs. I do not want you to stress over every detail all day long. Trust us and will produce beautiful images. And above all else, enjoy your day!
